Shipping Rates & Policies
All standard shipping is provided as a curbside delivery service. This offer covers most items shipped by ground within Canada. Massage chairs will arrive unassembled in their original factory packaging unless otherwise noted. The trucking company will deliver the items to your driveway or entryway, and you will be responsible for bringing them into your residence or business. Because massage chairs are heavy, we recommend arranging assistance from a friend or family member.
Threshold Delivery [Free]
With threshold delivery, massage chairs will be delivered to the nearest ground-level entrance of a home, business, or apartment building.
Room of Choice Delivery [$350]
With room of choice delivery, massage chairs will be delivered to the room of your choice within your home, business, or apartment. This service includes placement only and does not include assembly.
White Glove Delivery [$500]
With white glove delivery, massage chairs will be delivered to your destination, carried into your chosen room, and fully assembled. White glove delivery typically adds 1–2 weeks to the standard delivery timeline. Select White Glove Delivery at checkout if you would like this service.
Important: White glove service is a one-time, non-refundable service and does not cover returns. Once the service is signed off as complete, delivery agents will not return to provide additional services. Customers must fully inspect and test the product before signing off on completion.
