Gift Card Policy

1. Non-Refundable: All purchased gift cards are final sale and non-refundable.

2. One Recipient per Order: Each gift card order is issued for a single recipient. Separate orders are required for multiple recipients.

3. Validity & Usage: Gift cards are valid for one (1) year from the date of purchase. Purchases made using a valid gift card number are non-refundable. All other standard return policies apply to items purchased with a gift card.

4. Delivery & Responsibility: Gift cards are delivered via email only. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the recipient’s email address is entered correctly. Once the confirmation email has been sent to the recipient, changes cannot be made.
