Before your massage begins, this intelligent chair will scan your body making note of your individual curvature and measurements. After a thorough mapping of the spine and shoulders, the TP-8500 will recommend a specific massage to compliment and suit your needs.
In line with its top of the line technology the TP-8500 incorporates the use of an SL massage track. The SL track both matches the natural curvature of the human spine, while extending underneath the seat to provide deep massage on your shoulders, lumbar, glutes, and hamstrings.
No stone is left unturned with the TP-8500. To massage every inch of your body, this chair is equipped with a 24 air cell full body massage. With compression on your shoulders, hands, calves, and feet you’ll feel the effects everywhere.

Ache Relief This deep massage is intended to target stress-relieving acupuncture points. Comfort A gentle massage aimed at loosening muscles and rejuvenating the body. Demo/Relax This great all-around massage promotes healthy blood circulation. Upper Body A targeted massage along the shoulders and upper torso, focus on recovering various muscle groups via this automated massage. Lower Body A second targeted massage with a heavier focus on the lower torso, legs, feet, and ankles.
5 Massage Styles
Knock This massage mode uses selective taps in rapid succession to alleviate problem areas. Knead Through the use of slow, deep pressure this massage mode loosens muscles in the focused muscle groups. Shiatsu Similar to a kneading massage, the shiatsu massage applies a slow pressure into the muscle and joints while also incorporating a rotating function. Flap This manual mode mirrors the knocking massage, while being less targeted and more broad in scope. Knead & Flap An all-around massage mode that employs the use of a variety of functions for a comprehensive and universal massage.

This is our story, we ordered two Osaki massage chairs from Costco as we both (my wife and I) could use them. We thought about it for a while and decided that we did not have enough room for two and cancelled one (big mistake). We received the other chair mid June 2024 which was easy to put together. My wife wanted to try it first as she suffers from chronic nerve pain in her back due to a botched surgery. I thought by letting her try it first that I was being nice, I did not realize that I would never get to use it from that point on, i exaggerate a bit as she has allowed me to sit in it twice in the last two months. She loves this chair, it seems to hit all the right spots for her and the heat is amazing for her. She may not smile all day, but when she sits and relaxes on the chair she is in seventh heaven. I really regret not purchasing the two chairs rather than just one. I will be keeping my eye out though just incase I find another. So my wife fully loves this chair and the two times I got to sit on it, it was amazing.

Chair originally came with a defect from shipping but issue was promptly taken care of by Asif and Daraius. Will be looking to purchase a second chair soon for my grandparents!

We visited the Osaki massage chair showroom on June 14th. There we tried out a variety of massage chairs for more than 2 hours. We were being helped by Daraius very nice, patient and knowledgeable salesman. In the end we purchased "Maestro LE 2.0". The chair was quickly delivered and set up in our apartment.We use it every day and we are pleased with it . We give it five stars.

The chair is very comfortable, the massage functions are relaxing and has not only helped my husband's back but mine also. The heat function in the lumbar area feels fantastic.
