Osaki OP-4D Ultima

I was on the search for a massage chair when I came across the website for Osaki Canada. I contacted the company by phone to ask some extra questions I had about the chair model I was interested in and was contacted by Daraius. The customer service I received from him was and has been excellent. I needed to ensure that the chair I ended up ordering would work for both myself at 6 foot 1 and my wife at 5 foot 1. He helped steered me to a chair that would work for both of us and I ordered the Osaki OP-4D Ultima.
The chair was ordered (it had to come from Texas) and delivered right to my door with in a few weeks. Daraius was again excellent with helping me over the phone with the initial questions I had about operating the chair.
As for the chair it did take me a week or so to get used to it. It does have a strong massage. As I learned how to adjust each of the settings I have come to find the best settings for my liking and my wife has found the settings that she likes best as well. The chair is also very quiet and the overall quality of the materials has been excellent.
