Grand Duo 4D+4D

I want to give a shout out of thanks to Steve of Ottawa Massage Chair (authorised dealer here in Ottawa)who help us to get the Osaki Grand Duo 4D+4D.Steve is extremely friendly and knowledgeable and he matches the crazy deal from Costco which was $6999.95.
He also expedite the delivery so that the Osaki chair came as a birthday present for my wife!
The Grand Duo 4D+4D has the most functions and my wire and I are still going up the learning curve trying out the various programs and different intensities. What I personally like most is the AI program where you shove your finder into a medical grade sense at the end of the arm space on the left side, and the chair will diagnose your oxygenation level, fatigue level and the design a program for you, coupling with the data from the whole body scan. I am a beginner in body massage and can only tolerated the lowest Level of intensity, but it is a totally different level of experience for me.
My wife has chronic neck and back stiffness and the Grand Duo is literally the in-house 24/7 masseur for her!

I purchased the Osaki Grand Duo 4D + 4D massage chair about a week ago, and the entire experience has been excellent from start to finish.

First, I’d like to highlight the outstanding service I received from Daraius at the Osaki showroom. He is extremely knowledgeable about all the massage chairs and was patient as I visited multiple times to test four different models before deciding on the Grand Duo. His guidance made the decision much easier, and I truly appreciate his help.

The white-glove delivery was also second to none—professional and seamless.

As for the chair itself, it’s been a wonderful addition to our home. My wife and I are in our 60s and prefer a softer massage, while my daughter and son-in-law enjoy a stronger, more intense roller setting. Luckily, this chair accommodates all of us. For my wife and me, we set the intensity to level 1 (except for air compression, which I set to 2), and it’s very comfortable. My daughter and son-in-law can increase the levels for a firmer experience.

There are so many programs available that it will take some time to explore them all. So far, I’ve tried just over ten in the first week. For example, if I want a good leg stretch, I use Calming – Morning Care. For a more relaxing massage, many of the Full Body programs work well for me. The key is adjusting the levels to suit your personal comfort.

Overall, everything about the chair and the buying experience has been excellent. If I had to mention one minor drawback, it would be that I wish the rollers could be a bit softer for my wife and me—but then again, my daughter prefers the stronger rollers, so it really depends on personal preference.
