This is our story, we ordered two Osaki massage chairs from Costco as we both (my wife and I) could use them. We thought about it for a while and decided that we did not have enough room for two and cancelled one (big mistake). We received the other chair mid June 2024 which was easy to put together. My wife wanted to try it first as she suffers from chronic nerve pain in her back due to a botched surgery. I thought by letting her try it first that I was being nice, I did not realize that I would never get to use it from that point on, i exaggerate a bit as she has allowed me to sit in it twice in the last two months. She loves this chair, it seems to hit all the right spots for her and the heat is amazing for her. She may not smile all day, but when she sits and relaxes on the chair she is in seventh heaven. I really regret not purchasing the two chairs rather than just one. I will be keeping my eye out though just incase I find another. So my wife fully loves this chair and the two times I got to sit on it, it was amazing.

Chair originally came with a defect from shipping but issue was promptly taken care of by Asif and Daraius. Will be looking to purchase a second chair soon for my grandparents!
We visited the Osaki massage chair showroom on June 14th. There we tried out a variety of massage chairs for more than 2 hours. We were being helped by Daraius very nice, patient and knowledgeable salesman. In the end we purchased "Maestro LE 2.0". The chair was quickly delivered and set up in our apartment.We use it every day and we are pleased with it . We give it five stars.

Ordered this chair as I was looking for a recliner with lumbar support and neck support for my husband who has back issues. The chair is very comfortable, the massage functions are relaxing and has not only helped my husband's back but mine also. The heat function in the lumbar area feels fantastic. Overall I give this chair a 5 star rating.
