One side of the massage chair’s airbag is not working properly

Having ordered an Osaki chair, the after sales service and the delivery went smoothly. Once the chair was in my house, it started having issues with the foot rest. Upon notifying Osaki of the problem, they immediately shipped another, new one. Based on a one on a million probability, the second chair had a minor issue, one that may have been able to be rectifyed but, instead of making me wait for a service technician, Osaki sent my another, brand new, higher value replacement. Aside from the fact that I love my massage chair, I cannot say enough about Daraius and the sales team. Never in my life have I encountered an organization more dedicated to customer satisfaction and old fashioned customer support. If I ever find myself in the market for another massage chair, I will not look anywhere but at an Osaki product.
